We are a group of parents and volunteers who help young people with intellectual disability and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) prepare for work.
What do we do?
We run work skills programmes.
We help young disabled people become ready for work.

Nook Cafe work
- Restore - sort out jigsaw puzzles; label and sort CD’s and more
- Foodbank - pack and weigh rice, pasta, teabags and fish and more
- Nook Cafe - serve customers, wipe tables, take orders, make coffee and more

When does The Buzz happen?
The Buzz is on Wednesdays and Fridays mornings from 9.30am - 12.30pm.
